- Sessions must be used within each calendar month (non-transferable)  
- Lead member must attend each session  
- Time slots are allocated in advance and agreed with our team  
- Weekend membership applies to Friday–Sunday bookings only  
- Missed sessions cannot be carried over  
All memberships are sold in accordance with our Terms & Conditions as outlined in the General Information section of our website.
For participants under the age of 16, a minimum 2-person membership must be selected to ensure an accompanying adult is included, in line with our safety and supervision requirements.
Following purchase, a member of our team will contact you to schedule and confirm all session dates for the duration of your membership, ensuring your slots are secured in our system.

Deposits will be considered should you wish to secure this offer prior to end April however full payment required before any bookings can be taken.
We welcome aviation enthusiasts of all ages at The Deck 747. For safety and enjoyment, any guest under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating, paying adult throughout the experience. Younger children may be required to sit on the accompanying adult’s lap or use a booster seat, and the adult is responsible for ensuring they follow all instructions given by our crew. Children should only touch controls, switches, and equipment in the cockpit when invited to do so and strictly in the manner directed by the instructor. In rare cases, where the instructor does not feel fully comfortable with a child’s seating position or ability to safely participate, or where suitable seating arrangements cannot be achieved, the child may be asked to enjoy the experience as a spectator only. Our team will always act with safety as the top priority while ensuring an engaging and memorable experience for all.
